日前終於在性侵指控案取得勝利的「飆風玫瑰」Derrick Rose，總算在23日參與紐約尼克練球，趕在開幕前跟新隊友熟悉熟悉。台中開公司費用
結束第一場熱身賽後，Rose就飛到洛杉磯處理「外務」，這是他相隔19天後第一次歸隊訓練。
「能夠回到球場，我感覺像置身天堂一樣。」Rose說：「這件事很嚴重，所以我一直很嚴肅看待，我是個成人了，是我自己把自己放到那樣的狀況中的，我必須專心處理。」
Rose今年從待了8年的芝加哥公牛轉戰尼克，錯過季前賽的磨合機會固然可惜，但他最重視的還是家人。
「所有事情當中，傷我最深的就是我錯過了我兒子的生日派對、錯過他的生日，這是我最擔心的，沒辦法跟家人在一起，真的讓我很難過，我非常想跟他待在一起。」Rose說。
尼克總教練Jeff Hornacek並不責怪Rose，還認為他的身體狀況沒有問題，也能跟上球隊的訓練。
「他把他的事辦好了。」Hornacek說：「他的體態看起來很棒，如果他看起來很累，我們會讓他休息一下，不過我們確實會在輪替時間上做點調整。」
